Policies & Guidelines

To ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for every client, the following policies have been put in place. These guidelines help protect your time and mine, support clear communication, and maintain the quality of service you expect.

By booking an appointment or using my services, you acknowledge and agree to the policies listed below, including those related to cancellations, payments, scheduling, communication, and service expectations.

Please review each section carefully. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out using the contact information provided.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings are non‑refundable. However, you may reschedule your event one time at no additional cost, as long as the request is made before equipment has been set up.

In the event of rain:

• If equipment has already been set up and the event must be cancelled, no refund will be issued.

• If rain is expected and you choose to cancel before setup begins, you may reschedule for another available date at no charge.

Once your deposit is paid and your booking is confirmed, the remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your event. If the balance is not paid by this deadline, your booking will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.

By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Cleaning Policy – Concession Machines

All concession equipment must be thoroughly cleaned before pickup. This includes removing all food residue, emptying and wiping down internal components, and ensuring the machine is free of debris, grease, or buildup. Failure to return equipment in clean condition will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit.

Machines must be cleaned according to the instructions provided at the time of rental. This may include:

• Emptying all remaining product (e.g., popcorn, cotton candy sugar, melted chocolate, etc.)

• Wiping down interior and exterior surfaces

• Removing and rinsing any removable parts

• Ensuring no burnt, stuck, or hardened product remains inside the machine

• Properly disposing of leftover food items

Please do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or chemicals that may damage the equipment. If you are unsure how to clean a specific part, contact us before attempting to disassemble anything.

Any equipment returned excessively dirty, damaged due to improper cleaning, or requiring deep cleaning will result in loss of the damage deposit and may incur additional cleaning or repair fees.

By renting our concession machines, you agree to follow all cleaning instructions and return equipment in the same condition it was received.

Equipment Care Policy

All rented equipment must be handled with care and used only for its intended purpose. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all items remain in good working condition throughout the rental period.

Please keep equipment away from water, extreme heat, sharp objects, and any environment that may cause damage. Do not attempt to modify, repair, or disassemble any equipment. If an issue arises during your rental, contact us immediately for assistance.

Any damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit and may incur additional repair or replacement fees.

Setup Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the setup location is safe, accessible, and suitable for the equipment being rented. This includes providing a clean, level surface, adequate space, and access to electrical outlets when required.

All pets, children, and guests must be kept clear of the setup area during installation and removal for safety reasons. If the setup area is not ready upon arrival, delays may occur or setup may be refused without refund.

If weather conditions (such as rain, high winds, or unsafe temperatures) prevent safe setup, we reserve the right to delay or decline setup. In such cases, clients may reschedule for another available date at no additional cost.

Damage Policy

Clients are responsible for the full care of all rented equipment from the time it is delivered until it is picked up. Any damage, loss, theft, or excessive wear occurring during the rental period will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit.

If the cost of repair or replacement exceeds the deposit amount, the client will be billed for the remaining balance. Failure to pay may result in refusal of future rentals and legal action taken.

Normal wear from proper use is expected and will not result in penalties. However, damage caused by improper handling, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or failure to follow provided instructions will be the client’s responsibility.
